Item Condition -

1.Item is seller refurbished and has 6 months of seller warranty. Product is not brand new there will be some minor ware of use on the mobile.

2.What does refurbished mean? : Refurbished products are unused customer returns that are essentially "new" items, or they may be defective products that were returned under warranty, and after repairing the defects products are available for reselling with manufacturer warranty.

3.How are refurbished phones different from New? : The main difference between "refurbished" and "New" products is that refurbished products have been tested and verified to function properly, and are thus defects free, while "New" products may or may not be have defect as they are box pack untouched.

4. What is Box Changed? : Either original box is replaced with new box, or due to handling original packaging is having marks of handling.

5. Where can I get my phone serviced in case of problem?: If product is sold with Seller Warranty, the buyer can contact the seller to claim warranty.

6. Please make sure to check service center availability in your area before making purchase.

 Cancellations -1.Any Cancellation of order should be done before the item is shipped, you can immediately mail for cancellation to ayismartonline@gmail.com

2. Item cannot be stopped once they are shipped, so please be sure before making purchase.

Shipment -

1.Shipping would be done only through Shopclues's sellected Service:ECom, Aramex, Delhivery,

 Fedex & Blue Dart Express.

2. COD customer please place the order only if you are available at your location 3 to 5 days after the order book. We have noticed many buyers after placing COD orders either they are "Out of station" "Incorrect Address" or Order place mistakenly.

3. Only place the order if you are having the cash ready for paying via COD.

Legality -

1. Some item may look different in pictures but features are mostly correct so please visit official websites, stores and check properly before making the purchase

2. Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE), if any buyer gets any scratches or dents on the product, our Resolution will be either Replacement or Refund.

Delivery Time -

1.Prepaid order will be shipped faster than COD order.

2. Prepaid will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days and COD might take 5 to 7 days.

3.Only place an order if there is no time constraint and you can wait 5 to 7 days.

4. Please avoid Out of station and please mention correct address like Name, Door NO / H.NO, Landmark, City & State.

5. Check courier package is an intact condition before accepting and people who want to open parcel before making payment, please do not place the order as we cannot provide the same.
