1. Any Cancellation of order should be done before the item is shipped.
2. Item cannot be stopped once they are shipped, so please be sure before making a purchase.
Shipment -
1. Shipping would be done only through Shopclues's selected Service: ECom, Aramex, Delhivery,
FedEx & Blue Dart Express.
2. COD customer please place the order only if you are available at your location 3 to 5 days after the order book. We have noticed many buyers after placing COD orders either they are "Out of station" "Incorrect Address" or Order place mistakenly.
3. Only place the order if you are having the cash ready for paying via COD.
Legality -
1. Some item may look different in pictures but features are mostly correct so please visit official websites, stores and check properly before making the purchase
2. Errors and omissions excepted (E&OE), if any buyer gets any scratches or dents on the product, our Resolution will be either Replacement or Refund.
Delivery Time -
1. Prepaid order will be shipped faster than COD order.
2. Prepaid will be delivered within 3 to 5 working days and COD might take 5 to 7 days.
3. Only place an order if there is no time constraint and you can wait 5 to 7 days.
4. Please avoid Out of station and please mention correct address like Name, Door NO / H.NO, Landmark, City & State.
5. Check courier package is an intact condition before accepting and people who want to open parcel before making payment, please do not place the order as we cannot provide the same.
